rumors abound that a big name market is coming to the area. some say a thriftway on spring garden near 5th and others say whole foods on 2nd and girard. still others say both...
i know the 2nd st project was stalled, but is it resuming? is it really whole foods? i saw construction on spring garden, but is it even a grocery store? thanks in advance for any current info... ![]()
