I went to Stetson Jr High when that happened and I remember walking to school with a couple of my friends and seeing the cops barracading off the section by the railroad tracks. They found Eric in the snow bank behind the Candy Cane Factory on Rosehill Hill Street near the railroad tracks. It's really odd I came upon this blog, because I too was thinking about this topic and talking to some friends from my old neighborhood and this always seems to come up when we talk. It's a shame no one has found his killer or killers. It's really a sad and horrifying story to think that in the matter of minutes a life can brutally end like that.
