I hear St. Boniface was sold. Any idea to whom and for what use?

Who else? Norris Square Civic Association...think they're talking about moving their offices there (per an employee) but I haven't heard anything else yet.

The crossing guard was out there as of the last day of school, so I don't know if that's it and the school is closing as of now or what. I thought the school was supposed to have closed a year ago. Also, I haven't heard St. Bonnie's timed churchbells ringing for a while, but maybe I haven't been paying attention.

The school DID close a year ago. The crossing guards are still there for the public schools. Now that you mention it, I've gotten so used to hearing the chimes that I can't remember when I last heard them, but I do know I heard them recently...now I'll have to try to listen for them tomorrow!
