(no debate here, just two quick corrections of fact)

#1) Only the discussion will be held tonight (June 21). The actual vote will be on Thursday June 28.
#2) This actually is a vote on whether or not FNA will negotiate with SugarHouse.

It passed, but keep in mind that FNA still officially opposes the current Sugarhouse site. Also, a nearly unanimously agreed upon amendment stated that re-siting should be the first priority to any negotiations.

So, in all honestly, does this mean that the first time both parties come to the table the neighborhood representatives will ask Sugarhouse to move? Or does re-siting mean something different than what I'm thinking

If my assumptions are correct. I don't see how negotiations that start off this way will be able to go anywhere. It just seems like a different front to the same stand-off "yes we will negotiate however only if you promise to move out of riverside". Please clarify if I'm incorrect in my assumptions as work has kept me from the recent FNA meetings.

It means it will be the top priority.
I don't think it specifies it has to be the first thing out of someone's mouth.
