Each year the FNA sponsors a free 6 week class to prepare students to take high school entrance tests and the SAT. Some grade school students use the class to introduce themselves to math and reading that they will encounter in high school. Over the past three years, we have had over 75 students go through the program with highly successful results.

This year's program begins Tuesday, October 5th at 7:30 at the Fishtown Recreation Center. We will conduct an orientation for the students and parents with a 1 hour test after the information session. We require a parent or guardian to attend this first class. Please keep in mind that this is a serious program and only those students who really want to achieve should attend.

Classess will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Rec at 7:00pm and will last approximately 2 hours. Students will be given individual instruction and homework that must be completed. Also, students will be required to read two books during the course of the class.

All materials, except for the two books, will be provided by the FNA. Please bring pens or pencils to classs.
