Criagslist hasn't had much to offer in terms of a PR 1BR. Do they exist? If so, is there a better place to find listings, or should I plan to do the walk and call routine? I appreciate any thoughts.

I don't see a lot of rental properties in Port Richmond in general, a lot of the time the houses are so cheap, people just buy.

A walk-through is probably required, but I walk around every day, and have seen very few since I moved here last summer.
