New construction next to Bambi on Frankford
I drove by the other day and saw the previously dilapidated building next to Bambi (Frankford and Berks) now has new windows, still with the stickers on them. The front brickwork seemed to have a face lift as well.
Is that another nkcdc project, or a private developer? In any event it's nice to see more construction in Fishtown!

I'm almost 100% positive this is NKCDC. It has Pella windows--only someone with a private subsidy can afford to put those in a house here! Lol.
