On Saturday August 21 from 10AM until 1PM the FNA will collect all abandoned tires throughout our neighborhood, Northern Liberties and parts of Kensington in an effort to rid our streets of the eyesores. In order to make this work, we need the support of all of our neighbors.

To help us out, please email all locations of abandoned tires in the coming weeks to ajthomson175@hotmail.com. We will do our best to collect them on the 21st. Also, if you know anyone who would like to help us collect the tires please contact me at 215-287-3492. We are renting a truck, but could use another pick-up truck. If you know anyone that could lend us/rent us another pick-up, please call me.

Last year, we collected 250 tires. We hope to collect 1000 this year. Help us reach our goal. We earn $.50 a tire and we'll bank $500 for the organization to go toward greening projects.
