This is from one of AJ's posts, I'm just reposting it, so I can add it to the calendar.

The FNA will hold its monthly meeting on Thursday at 7pm at the Rec (this is our last General Meeting of the Summer).

I and a number of the members that I have spoken with are very much in favor of the project (though, admittedly, I don't live across the street). We see it as another positive addition to the social and economic vibrancy of the area.
Without getting into the details of the involvement of Mrs. Lederer or the church officials, I believe that all neighbors who want to see this happen, and those who do not will be given a forum to voice support or concern at our meeting on Thursday.
I suggest that those who want this project to happen should come to our meeting and show their support and, in turn, possibly get involved in the group.
We are still very early in this process, but the more support that a project has, especially one involving a "dreaded" bar will help. We must remember that the church does have automatic standing to challenge any LCB license, as it is within the required distance.
