750 for the fire house? wtf!

I missed the boat man. I did find some lofty space in Montco very close to the city...and it is cheap.

Those layouts are pretty great actually. I really would like to see Berks develop a bit I think this project is a good step towards that.

Default noise and feeling it

Good windows and insulation, you won't hear a things. You may feel it though. Can't do much about that. I'm remodeling a third floor on Susquehanna and Coral, about two blocks from the El. I've got everything down to the brick, I keep noticing that every day when I come back, there is more brick dust on areas I just cleaned! So standing there drinking coffee early in the morning and looking at it trying to figure out what's up. EL goes by, see the dust come, wall is shaking from the ground up.

we all thought he was nuts when he payed for it what he payed. it is pipmped tho. he has an acrylic tub and a slate shower. he does preservation he can afford it. his company is doing the city hall restoration. he has always loved that building and when he say it come up for sale he hit on it. he did some photo shoot for a mag a few months ago. he is now working on a green roof for the fire house.
