WEll im not sure if this is in the right section but if you notice near Tulip and Allegheny there is gonna be some construction going on... Northeastern Hospital bought the abandoned factory next to it and are gonna make it a new Trauma center. One day I went by there and there was trucks blocking Allegheny with huge Cement colums.... that is gonna be one big mess.

I think the plan is to build an entire new hospital.
