Default Building Sandwiching Girard Street El

I noticed late last year the building sandwiching the entrance to the Girard El was sold...I think M&G was the broker. It now has a builder's sign on it. Does anyone know what this is going to be? I'd love to see a coffee shop there...someplace to grab the paper, a soda...seemed like such a prime spot and I know someone paid good money for it.

Any ideas?

I don't know what its going to be but I do know that that properrty has a store front on both Girard and Front. Meaning its all one big property. Unless they have split it up, its far too big for a coffee shop.

Yes, I know it's both properties. I was thinking it could be in either. I'd love to see a Palm-like market there or something. The possibilities are endless.
