I am the queen of finding out about cool events after they happen, to that end, for my own benefit and perhaps for yours, listed below are some upcoming events in the neighborhood that you all might be interested in:

Museum of Archeology and Anthropology Sat April 24, 10am-2pm FLEA MARKET "Spring Fling..." Woolsten Child Center Columbia Ave (btwn Thompson and Moyer) Wed April 28, 6:30pm LECTURE "Hidden Cities of the Rainforest" Fishtown Library, Montgomery Ave. just north of Girard Hosted by University of Penns. Museum of Archeology and Anthropology Sat May 1, 9am-2pm ARTS & CRAP SALE Artist's 'Flea Market' Positive Space Frankford Ave (between Norris and Susquehanna) Guess I can't complain that there is nothing to do in Fishtown! P.S. I know you're not supposed to double post but could you post this to the events section as well. It's a great list and maybe other folks could start posting similar lists of events in their neighborhoods to the "Events" section.
