I am wondering if anyone knows what is going to be built on Hancock just south of Cecil B. Moore, I believe at Turner. Immediantly north of the site of the "Steel Factory" Condos there are 2 blocks of fencing and the ground looks like its being prepped for construction. There are multiple bulldozers prepping the land and it looks like they are getting it ready for contruction quickly. Kinsley countruction is the company whose signage is posted on the fences, after some initial research, it doesnt seem Kinsley does residential projects. Im wondering if anyone knows what is being built on this site?

But what are they building? They have leveled a wharehouse and now have almost 2 full blocks prepped for constuction. I believe about 1600 N. Hancock would be the block.
