new to the neighborhood......whats the easiest way to get from frankford and girard down to south st via septa?

#5 bus to Lombard Circle and walk.

the 5 bus is the easiest, but depending on where you want to go. You could also take the 15 trolley and the subway.

The 5 will get you to 2nd & Market, or the 25 will take you to Delaware/Columbus & South. Catch either on Frankford outside the Acropolis diner.

i've always just taken the el to 2nd and market and walked the rest of the way...its a good walk...but not so bad

i think the 25 bus is what i will be taking due to a bum foot at the moment due to skateboarding.

Take the 57 from 4th and girard I think, takes u right to 4th and south
