Default Trump Tower Philadelphia

On the front page of today's Inquirer, there is an article about Trump building a 250-unit condo building on the waterfront. Does anyone know who the architect for the building is? I couldn't find it in the article.
Also, with all of these new developments sprouting up along the waterfront, it seems there needs to be more mass transit and other infrastructure to serve this and future developments. I myself would like to see an el/subway line along Delaware Ave that can connect with the MFL and PATCO, and then go down to the Navy Yard (where it could connect with the BSL's new extension) and even the airport. Of course, people will scream that this is too expensive, but if I were a developer I would certainly invest in this kind of thing to make my development even more valuable.
Thoughts?

I heard that Isle of Capri Builder's... The ones who are currently working on Waterfront Square, sold the land to Trump. Its directly next to Waterfront Square. I also heard they were planning to sell from $750-800/sqft... Wherever Trump builds he sells out at ridiculous prices. I worked with a few clients on his NY and Miami Condo projects, and they went ridiculously fast.

That's not all that ridiculous anymore, many projects in Philly are reaching these prices. His projects do seem to sell fast, I think that the Chicago Trump Tower is almost fully sold already.

Rich people don't take trains with CC and def. not the el. Rich people take cabs to the airport and drive to their spot in the garage.

The Delaware River Port Authority will be selecting a consultant to study the feasibility of increased transit along the waterfront. Alternatives include a light rail along Delaware Ave to the Navy Yard, a PATCO spur from Franklin Sq. to the waterfront, the aerial tram...

While these types of major infrastructure improvements are 10+ years away, an Olympic bid for 2016 would put pressure to fund them at a quicker pace.

I LOVE this idea and have hoping for something like this for years. So much new stuff has cropped up on Delaware Ave. (with much more to come) that it just makes sense and would aleviate some of the traffic back ups. They can even have a stop for the Crazy Horse Too.

First, one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Manhattan is the upper east side, and they have been screaming for a new subway line for years. Second, with all the new people moving into the area, possibly in the thousands, traffic will be unbearably heavier than it is now, so even if it's not the rich who will use transit, other people who currently drive might be insprired to take transit. Third, there could well be commercial development in that area, office buildings etc, such as the World Trade Center (hey, it could still happen, there is still a KOIZ there) that would rely on mass transit to get their tenants to and from.

I'd rather they improve what we have before expanding. The subway is a dump and is completely unfriendly to the casual user (i.e. somebody that doesn't need it to commute every day).
