Does anyone know whats going on on the west side of 4th street south of poplar to about the ducks place? I was on my way walking to work nand i saw that the temporary police parking restriciton signs were up and the dates were from Yesterday 1-9 until like august or september. My only guess would be that the lots cleared on that side of the street are going to start moving on with whatever construction is slated for it and they need to provide parking for the trailers and workers. Anyone shed any light on this and what exactly is going in there?
