I need one roommate to move into this awesome house, which is a steal. It's on West Stile street, very close to 30th and Girard. It is a 3br, you would pay $425 per month plus utilities. The house is located in a neighborhood which is nice and safe, with a good mix of people. The house is a big house, just COMPLETELY renovated, with three bedrooms, but it would only be the two of us, as I’d like to keep the third bedroom as a study or an office. The house is spacious with lots of light, we'd share a bathroom with a skylight, a basement for storage, a backyard for gardening/bbq, and the landlord is going to put in a washer and dryer.
