I forgot to follow up. I went to Illuminare and i thought it was awesome. It was a little pricey, but I didn't care cuz I didn't pay. The food was absolutely dilectable (sp?). I had a proscuitto and mozz stuffed chicken breast topped w/ crab meat and a white wine sauce...mmmmmm. good wine selection, great dessert. the atmosphere was pretty upscale, but my uncle's tattoo sleeves brought it down to a more comfortable level. the interior design was amazing! it was the nicest rowhouse turned restaurant I've ever seen. the only thing that sucked was when the hostess (manager i think) threw a menu a me!

Brigid's is still one of my favorite places in Philly. Great beer selection, decent food at reasonable prices. Nice place to go and not put up with the 'tude that some of the more popular places desplay. Solid service.

I stopped eating at Rembrabdt's when I was served a piece of food that had a big bite taken out of it. When I called the server over, her comment was that it was "pretty gross" and asked if I wanted to order something else. Uh, no. It perturbed me that she wasn't really shocked, so we just paid the bill and left, never to return.

thats too bad there food is amazing
i wonder how something like that happened maybe it was an opticial illusion of a prank a drunk atthe bar did regardless the numerious times i have gone have been fantastic
