Drove past Girard and 30th today.

Westrum's sign says only 6 units left for Brewerytown Square.

Does anyone know what future plans lie ahead for this area? Phase II?

Please feel free to stop by the Westrum office with your inquiry and give us the answer. I suspect plans are the same but the timing has been slowed.

But bear in mind that Westrum had an auction of their site near Ridge & Calumet, in June. Sales at the Byberry site off of the Boulevard are slow as well.

the places look very enticing on the brochures

after harassing the wife about checking them out we drove by them one day

definitely not an area I would want to live in

I like the area fine. Nice neighbors, good diversity, great access to the park and alternative commuter routes. And soon a coffee shop, I hope.

stop by friday or saturday morning 6:00am to 9:00am for free coffee and pastries. we are having an open house. the coffee shop should officially open in september. nothing fancy just coffee and pastries
