Default Front of property at 27th and Parrish

Ok, has anyone else noticed the state of disrepair on that rental property on the northeast corner of 27th and Parrish? There's a constant drip of water from the faucet on the front of the house, and the little stream it has created over the months seems to be growing algae or something. Anyway, it's very slippery across the sidewalk there, and I totally wiped out the other day. Called the property managers and left a complaint on the voicemail, but I doubt that'll get anywhere. Any ideas? That little stream is kinda dangerous, and it just looks like nobody has looked at the property in years. I swear that motorcycle in front actually hasn't moved in years.

The water is caused by the condensation from the air conditioning system that is being routed out the front of the house.

Which I believe is a code violation, right? I actually thought that when I first complained to them, but then I wasn't sure about it.

Ew. The only thing I know about up that way is that's where the black kids who came down our way to jump my ex's little brother were from.

Yes, of course! The site of an altercation that immediately of course, turned racist.

I ticketed the bike as "abandoned" and notified Neighborhood Services Unit to start the process of notifying the owner then removal.
