I spoke with the PM from our building (640) this week and yes they are doing preliminary demo work in the Wilkie right now. As of now five stores are set to open including Taders Joe's and a Capogiro.

Like Bryson, I find it hard to believe that they'd have another store so close to 22nd & Market, though I'd be there every day.
Trader Joe's or not the location bears watching, but with Ben Franklin High next door, I wonder if it won't be more hoagie shops. |
