If by any chance anyone was up early this morning, around 4.15, did anyone hear police sirens and then a strange scream? It was so chilling. It was a cross between a person screaming...it could have been an animal in pain too from the sounds of it. Soon after I saw a cop car and then a wagon going slowly down Poplar as if they were looking for something. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about it.
