So, I am trying to figure out what is going on with the Fairmount Park Commission chopping down trees? They appear to be healty. I live on 26th street and they cut down 2 a couple of weeks ago and left gaping holes in the sidewalk and this morning they were cutting one down from the 2600 block of Swain. ANyone know what's going on?
