Default Fried Chicken Recs

I'm a southerner and I make a mean fried chicken, but I need fried chicken for like, 20 people on sunday and there is no freakin' way I'm frying that much chicken.

I know there are a bunch of chicken places on Girard, but I've never had to buy fried chicken before. Give me your favorites, and some explanation of their seasoning, taste, crispiness, etc.

Thanks!

Check out Butter's. We used them for a few parties, and the chicken was great.

Delilah's in the Reading Terminal makes good fried chicken. Not sure if they cater.

Default Deborah's Kitchen

I don't know anything about this place personally, but it was written up in the Inky recently by Rick Nichols, and people have raved about it during Craig LaBan's weekly online chats.

I was checking out Deborah's yesterday. Sounded SO good but I have to call and see if they do buckets/ bulk orders. All I saw on the menu was plates.
