I'll find out tonight if it is anything... mostly likely since I haven't heard about it yet it isn't.

Fireworks seriously go off like 3 times a week in brewerytown- and I have no idea why- but it is quite fun.

You shouldn't be triangulating anyway. You might hurt somebody

You know it is time to move when there are gun shots and no one cares.

Not nearly as catchy as the other ones but appropritare for the list.

I have a wife and 2 young kids. Maybe it is safer in the southern part of Fairmount or Spring Garden? Maybe the neighborhood prosperity of 2000-2004 is reversing?

I care. But I wonder if the right action for those who care is to go somewhere else?

I think you mean 1984-2008. This place was already prospering when I got here in '89.

No I mean 2000-2004. More people went north (let's say of Brown St) approaching Girard and prices rose. But there is a bit of a retraction right now from my perspective from a safety standpoint.

Fi the present day situation North of Brown is built on prosperity since 89, then it is far worse than I imagine
