There are a number of 3-4 bed renovated rowhouses in Fairmount for that price or less in what is in my opinion a nicer part of town; I doubt the parking does not off set the shootings for most people. They might sell at $470

or conversely- move to btown sqr for $200K+ less

Years ago both the 22nd and the 23rd Districts were atrocious. Now it seems that the 23rd has gotten much better. Is this true? Is the 22nd still horrible? What are the district boundaries?
