The North Tower (CityView 1) does not have w/d hookups in the units.
My bedroom (CV 1) shared a wall with the laundry room and I didn't hear anything. The walls are great! Are you looking to buy or rent? A number of the units have new HVAC units as they failed on settlement day or shortly after. I think they were getting $4500 installed per unit. I never turned the heat on. Also, look at the windows. I bought just after the conversion started and the windows were leaking. Doc: Are they planning a window assessment? Did anything else ever come of the mold drama? If you're looking to buy, pay attention to the monthly condo fee, which is pretty high (around $450-500, depending on size) . . . though you do get a gym, pool, doorman, and good location that's pretty close to pretty much everything in Center City/Fairmount.

CV2 condo fees do not include all utilities....they seem too high. |
