Getting my car broken into has been a pretty normal part of living in Philly too - doesn't mean I don't want to change to try to change that tradition.....

Then move. The argument of fireworks on memorial day and you car getting broken into just doesn't jive, sorry.

Ahh, the Godwin's Law of Phillyblog - sooner or later, every constructive critcism will be met with "if you don't like xyz then move."
 Every city has it's pluses and minuses. Overall, I like Philly a lot, and we're happy living here. Doesn't mean we can't make some suggestions as to how improve things....

I whole heartedly agree , i's just a complaint about fireworks on Memorial day is a stretch , it's not like it was a random Thursday in march or somethin , thats what makes it petty in my mind. People here have some legitimate problems and alot of them have tried all avenues before askin for advice or help and then you got cry babies.
