Police raid condo in B-town Sq. - PhillyBlog

Around Noon today undercover police raided a condo along 31st St. In B-town square. The front door was smashed-in, and a black man and woman were arrested, taken way. The individuals arrested have been renters here for a little over a year. The Black SUV was confiscated by Police.

The owner of the condo was later on-site, and repairs to secure the door were made.

I bet they walked their dogs on center square or had a Ron Paul sign in their window.. ;-)

Just more proof the the Brewertown condos are elitist and dont want blacks

there has been alot of activity around here lately. a guy on our corner was taken away today. there has been a turf war going on east of 29th. there are cops all over the neighborhood tonight. at least their doing there job.

Way out of line. Half of the owners are African American, from what I can tell. Many are white and there are a few asian/islanders here, but this is a diverse community. Don't bring that race crap to this discussion.

I think it's safe to say that Tenzo was being sarcastic. He's basing that on some of the associations and "civic leaders" in Brewerytown/Sharswood who are making it a centerpiece of their politics to say that Westrum and the condos are racist and trying to drive AAs out of the neighborhood.
