Last week I was chatting at work with someone who lives near BTS . He was very much under the impression that the residents were "all white" except for "1 maybe, on the 32nd st. side." What an interesting conversation that became over the next hour!!!

Nice houses = white people ... guess that is the formula Al Alston and all the rest of the CDCs have preached to the neighborhood.
