I heard from a neighborhood source it sold in the $5's. Possibly to Brian Robert's. Anyone hear anything different?

It was withdrawn from the MLS on 2/28 but is not listed as pending or sold. That said, if it was sold it could be 2-3 months before it is updated on public records.
