I never thought that feasibility study was a good idea and somehow knew that would derail the whole process. This was to be a business more geared toward future-residents than current ones.

I would have been there buying coffee every morning and back to read/work/hang around most nights, but there aren't enough of me in the area yet, I suppose...

Yeah, I would have been there most mornings, too. And, almost all day on Fridays (my work from home day) and good chunks of Saturdays and Sundays during the semester. Probably several hours a day during the week in the summer. I'm quite disappointed, but it was her call.
