Terrible building choice for a craft brewer with a Colonial "theme," though...

I was thinking the same thing. Although he pretty much has a captive audience with all the residents already living in that building.

True; but...more beer in the 'hood. It's a good thing.

I hope the quality of their website is not indicative of the quality of their beer.

Their beer is very very good.

Maybe they are going for more of an Urban vibe with this one and leaving the colonial stuff for the original location???

Their Chocolate Thunder is my favorite.

Maybe you should solicit him for a website redesign. At least he didn't use comic sans...although that curly typeface is just as bad, imo.

I dont think anywhere it says that they are bringing with them the colonial theme. The building they have thrived in for years is colonial, thus perfect for that scene. I have been there a million times coming from the burbs and that area. The beer, though very strong, is good to those that prefer the taste of the microbrews. The Lafayette has also been great for musicians... Very music friendly, so hopefully they will bring that mentality with them. Fairmount could use a great cozy place to see a troubadour strumming away.

Also - the quality of their website indicating the quality of their beer? C'mon.... Get real.

Comic Sans? Aren't we talking about a new restaurant and beer coming this way?

McCrossen's gotta be worrying about this. I've felt like their service and food has been slipping over the past couple years, so maybe this news will make them right the ship.

I see you have absolutely no sense of humor....I've heard about people like you but always thought it to be a myth.

we're graphic designers, so we care about stuff like that.
