Default Looking For Housing

My husband and I are looking to move to the Art Museum area. We have a dog (small) and a cat. We are not picky about the size of the space, but do need an outdoor area (could be a yard, a brick patio, etc.) and parking for at least one car. It is also very important to us that we live in a community--on a building, block or neighborhood basis. Move-in date and rent are flexible. Please help if you know of a place that meets these qualifications!

You should pay a visit to the Prudential Fox Roach office at 25th & Fairmount - they should have a fair amount of listings. You can certainly find something of that general description here.

Definitely look them up. I know there are a lot of nice rowhomes for sale on Brandywine street in good neighborhoods, and some even have garages. However, they aren't cheap so stick to your budget and don't overspend.
