Well there you go. More people want to come to certain areas of the city. Can't have too much of that.

In the article in the other parking thread, PPA said it was due to restaurants and retail. But doesn't this prove it's just a money grab? I don't know too many restaurants/retail near the 2200 block of the Parkway.
