Yes, Zur, it was. I live there. I'm on it by car or foot every dang day.

There was NO reason to pave it now.

The last time it was paved was about 10 years ago and THEN it really
needed it.

25th St was just repaved *maybe* 2 or 3 years ago when they replaced the sewer lines. It certainly didn't need it again so soon.

Looks like its paved two lanes from pennsylvania ave until 19th street and 1.5 lanes further east (not sure where they stopped). It looks nice and smooth...perfect for my road bike now!
