Sorry to hear about your break in...thought I should share this on a positive note...I worked late on Sat and parked in front of my house (on green street) and LEFT MY WALLET on the front seat (it is bright blue and very obvious, I must have been tired out of my mind)...and in the morning it was still there and all my windows intact!

I know it seems like a small thing, but it made me happy.

To answer my own question, this is indeed a PCS pod. It's marked on the concrete as such. Given that there's still open spots in the garages I don't personally see it as a major issue...plus whenever they rebuild the Wilkie building, any parking overflow will go there.

You know I must say that having been in the neighborhood for 12 years,
next month, and never having had a break-in after years of parking in
my crumb-ie/insecure parking lot(10 years) and frequently on the street now,
to hear about break-ins, from fairly new residents, makes me feel
extremely lucky and sad all at once!

I'm not sure what to say!

I've had few senior moments and left stuff on the front seat on those blocks with never a problem, and I've also left the car with a window half rolled down for a couple days without incident.
