Did any of you folks who had your cars smashed in by drunk vandals on 5/16 on Parrish street see the offender's heartfelt apology in the Home News Letters section?
Well written - seems genuinely repentant - just wonder if the letter was part of the sentence...

Speaking of Parrish - good job with photographing the potential burglars Tenzo - can't help thinking we all need video cameras though. As you may know it's my hubby's biz - he has installed them in North and West Philly and they do seem to deter crime...and if people are stupid enough to commit crimes in full view -- they're on tape. If a block of neighbors could get together and share costs, bet it would be great for Fairmount (and yeah, for hubby too ).
