I'm moving to the area soon and have a pretty dumb question ... who's the water company there? My agent gave me phone numbers for Aqua (formerly Suburban Water Co.) and the Chester Water Authority ... neither of which seems to be correct. If anyone can help me out I'd be much obliged. I've already taken care of PGW and PECO, actually got through to a real person pretty easily ...

And not only the water company ... what about trash removal and sewer. I looked on the official Philadelphia website and couldn't find anything. Thanks!

Both are city run
