Schuylkill River search by the art museum

Anyone know whats going on at the falls by the art museum? I just drove on west river drive and there was fire and rescue searching the river.

I was at the gazebo when the firefighters and channel 6 got there. It was a joke...looked like 2 basketballs and a tire tied to a cooler!
