*Affordable Housing Mayoral Candidates' Forum*

WHAT: Come hear the mayoral candidates talk about what they will do to end homelessness and solve the affordable housing crisis in Philadelphia. Both candidates are invited. The Election 2003: Vote for Homes! Candidates' Forum will include pre-determined questions from our platform as well as time for Q&A from members of the audience. See www.projecthome.org /vote for more information.

WHEN: 7:00 pm, Wednesday, October 22, 2003

WHERE: Arch Street United Methodist Church, on the southeast corner of Broad and Arch Streets. (Take the Broad Street Subway or Market-Frankford Line to City Hall Station and walk one block north or take the C Bus to Broad & Arch.) The church is accessible and Spanish and Sign Language interpretation is available.

WHY: To ask that both candidates recognize the issues of homelessness and Philadelphia's shortage of affordable housing. To demonstrate that these issues are critical to ensuring a better future for all Philadelphians. To hold the next Mayor accountable for implementing real solutions.

Election 2003: Vote For Homes! is a nonpartisan city-wide outreach and education campaign focusing on the issues of homelessness and affordable housing and is co-sponsored by a broad range of service providers and community groups.

For more information and to get copies of our Affordable Housing Voters' Guide: please call Jennine Miller or Melanie Sisemore at (215) 232-7272 or visit www.projecthome.org/vote.
