Two good ones to dig up are "South Street" by the Orlons (from the early 1960s) and "Punk Rock Girl" by the Dead Milkmen, which mentions Zipperhead. I think they'd be cool to hear back-to-back.
Also worth getting is "I-76" by G. Love and Special Sauce, which includes tons of Philly references.

Well, for starters, you need to find "San Francisco" by Scott McKensie. That's the one with the line, "If you're going to San Francisco, be sure to wear flowers in your hair" that gets used often in movies set in the 1960s during the "hippie montage." And, though they don't mention San Fran, you could include "California Dreaming" by the Mommas & the Papas and "Going to California" by Led Zeppelin. Not to mention "Going Back to Cali" by LL Cool J, even though that's more of an LA song.
If your friend has a high tolerance for schlock, throw on "Lights" by Journey, Steve Perry's ode to "the city by the bay." And if you really want to test her resolve, include (in the Philly songs) "Bandstand Boogie"* by Barry Manilow! But don't blame me if it causes a seizure and she ends up driving into a ditch.

*Disclaimer: Even though my user name is "Winston O'Boogie" rest assured it is a John Lennon reference, NOT a Barry Manilow reference.
