Default Blues bands this Saturday night?

Some friends are coming to visit, and we'd like to take them out on the town. We all like blues, but don't know where to go. As you can guess from my screen name, I'm not from here originally. Anyway, I've found a few on the web, and checked out the bands their having this Saturday, but none of them sounded like what we're after.. they were all too mellow, laid-back, etc.. we like gritty 'my dog just died and my wife is banging my brother' blues. Can anyone recommend some bars in CC or the surrounding area where we might find some bands like that? The ones I've found (and nixed) so far are:
-Warmdaddy's
-Chris's Jazz Cafe
-Ortleib (sp?)
-World Cafe

There's got to be some others! Even a hole in the wall is fine (maybe even preferred!). Thanks in advance!!

Thanks for the recommendation, but I don't think Nate Wiley will be very entertaining.. seeing as how he passed away two years ago. I wonder if they have a different house band now?

He's dead? Yeah... I don't think the music would be that good. It would be sort of interesting though.
