The Dorchester (Locust and 20th)
What is this building? I have seen pics of artist's studios...they are HUGE---any rentals in this building...a name for this building?!?!

The Dorchester is a very nice 60's era highrise condominium where some owners have apts. for rent. It has floor to ceiling windows, central air, doorman, roof top pool and posh address. However there are no lofts. just 8 foot ceilings and boxy rooms. Also half of the units have no view because it is jamed up against another highrise on the north side of the building. You will certainly get more for your money here than in a newer building.

Interesting!
I was looking out over the Dorchester pool at the trompe-l'oeil that is adjacent to the where the photographer is standing! The building is Korman Communities which is an excellent short term (or long term) month by month lease. It also looks out over Rittenhouse Park. The windows are looking our from Penthouse #3. Joel
