yes, there actually seems to be work going on above both the chinese restaurant and the new place.... as well, as apparently some work in the garage.

Updates for Chestnut West:
The pizza place in the 2100 block (north side) is nearing completion. It is going to be called Mix Pizzeria or something like that. El Fuego, the burrito place on the south side of the 2100 block is also nearing completion. Both will have liquor licenses. Does anyone know what is going on with the former Chic Bella spot that is on the SW corner of 21st and Chestnut? That seems like a pretty nice space.
