I don't think there are any bars down there, but the restaurants usually serve alcohol.

Yakitori Boy has a full bar...with karaoke or without.

The lounge on the 3rd floor at Vietnam Restaurant

I 2nd the lounge @ Vietnam, awesome bar. There is also a full bar across the street at Vietnam Palace. Just around the Arch on 10th is another place but I do not recall the name but it has a full bar.
