I see what you mean. In April he was looking to buy a house in Gladwyn. Of course he did say it was a hypothetical question in the 1st post. Maybe he did buy somthing and wants to know if he made a mistake. Or maybe he is pulling our chain. Anyway this thread has run it's course for me.
