Yes, bidclerk is sometimes a tad bit unreliable, but this seems worth mentioning. If anyone is a subscriber, I'd appreciate any more info you could provide.

It seems like a sound stage/movie studio of some sort. It's of particular interest to me because I've always wanted to see the film community, of which I used to work, flourish in this region (not to say it is not---it is!---it's just something like this is one giant leap forward.)

Well perhaps at the very least it will bring some more money/foot traffic/attention there so the area has the hope of losing some of the griminess that seems to be rubbed into its fibers...

Wasn't the second floor of the girard estate building for lease? What else could it possibly be?
