Groom on 13th & Locust

Joe the barber/owner does a great job. He charges $26 for a cut. Very friendly as well.

...or you can just buy a 15$ haircut kit (trim machine) and cut your boyfriend's hair yourself, you won't get cheaper than that.

My wife cuts my hair, and before that anyone from my family, I probably have visited a barbershop about 5 times during the last 20 years.

It's easy, and I don't mean a skinhead, or military type of haircut, just a "no frills" one like you said it.

Is it just me, or is a haircut the one thing you don't want to skimp on?

I always pay $15 plus tip at the former Opera Barbershop between Sansom & Walnut on 20th Street. Never had a bad haircut ( at least nobody points and screams!)

Default Here is your answer.

No offense but no one answered the question - Girard ave? Students? Haddonfield, NJ??????

Hello!? the guy wants a no frills barber near Rittenhouse.

Vincent's. 16th street - between Pine and Spruce, closer to Pine. Nice local guy from South Philly who can cut hair. $14. Phone is 545-7807. The only drawback is that he doesn't work Saturdays in the summer.
